Re: Expired B1/B2 Visa

The answer is Yes. If boyfriend last came to the United States through a port of entry with the visitor's visa, then after you marry, you can petition for him and he can seek adjustment of status at the same time (Forms I-130, I-485 etc), providing he is not otherwise inadmissible because of crimes, health, terrorist activities, fraud, etc. see http://immigrationflowchart.com (a free service) end414,253,635,656 and general flow chart. Re: Expired B1/B2 Visa

It depends on many factors, particularly when, where, and how he entered US.

Please email me details of his entry in the US so I can provide detailed evaluation.
