Legal Question in Insurance Law in Kentucky

I own a condo...have insurance for it...toilet overflowed by accident and caused water damage to my neighbor's garage below...going through subrogation now between insurance companies...it was completely an accident on my part...what will/can happen if my insurance company doesn't pay neighbor...

The other insurance company can file suit against you. So long as you have coverage, your insurance company will assume the defense costs and indemnify you up to your policy limits.
