Legal Question in Employment Law in Kentucky

fired from job

a friend works for boss off hours helping with his wife (wife has MS) and getting his school age kids fed/dressed for school part time. Spends night there when she has to do this. Boss came to her bedroom only in robe, dropped robe and asked to get in bed with her. She declined, told him to leave & asked what he was doing. Wife walked in during this and in rage. Girl leaves and wife calls the partners (doctor group) and manager and demands girl gets fired. Boss has called her and apoligized and said she'd be able to work this week but fired after that. She doesn't want to remain there but needs job till she can find another one. Doesn't want to have her name in paper if she files with police. Does she even have case to file with police and what are her options?

Re: fired from job

She may have a claim against her former employer. She should contact an attorney to discuss her options in more detail. I can be contacted at [email protected] or the telephone number in my profile.
