Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Kentucky

My landlord and her husband have been charged with selling prescription drugs, and two of their vehicles have been confiscated based on their guilty pleas, as well as their rights to Section 8 tenants. I'm afraid to pay the rent coming due for the next month, because I was told by a neighbor that there is a good possibility of me being evicted because of my landlord's felony charges. Is this true, or am I protected somehow?

Well, your landlords have to do the evicting, and they're probably a lot less likely to evict you if you pay than if you don't. You should talk to them, find out what they plan to do. You should contact the Housing Authority and find out what your options are.
