Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Kentucky

I have a problem with something that is going on in close vicinity of me in both my state (kentucky) and the neighboring state of Indiana. The issue is that of nude massage. If no "sexual favors" are being done, I cannot find any laws anywhere that nude massage would be in violation of-is this true?

Unless those nude images are those of someone underage. Then that's some federal child pornography charges right there.

There isn't really enough information to go on here, but generally speaking, sending a nude photograph of oneself to another adult is not illegal, but it could be if it's of someone else. As a general rule, sending nude pics is a very bad idea, legal or not.
