Legal Question in Personal Injury in Kentucky

Auto Accident

Was in an accident and the person at fault did not have insurance but myself and the police were led to believe that they had insurance but was canceled at time of accident not sure of what to do next. My vehcile suffered around 2800 in damages and I had to go to emergency room the next day for a lower lumbar strain.

Check with your carrier. You should have UNinsured and UNDERinsured motorist coverage.
