what are my rights,as owner of a road.i built on my property.that i gave and easement to one person.and he is selling lots off and giving easement thru my property

A lot depends on the wording of the ease ment. This is not a question that can be answered without a review of the documents, etc. Contact a local attorney who you can physically visit. A simple easement may not allow you to do anything. If the person to whom you gave the easement misled you, then there may be issues of intent, etc.. A review of the title would be helpful.
