Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Kentucky

employment law (sexual harrassment?)

I am a sub contractor, and I do alot of work for a small company. The question is this... The owner of the company has repeatedly exposed himself directly in front of me many times, while urinating. Apparently, he thinks this is ok to do just anywhere, or in front of anyone. I am not the only one that this has happened to, is this considered sexual harrassment??? I feel uncomfortable whenever he does this, and think it is inappropriate and unprofessional. I am male and there are some ''unwritten rules'' regarding men, etc...

What can or should I do? I like his money, but I do not like to feel uncomfortable like this, as it happens frequently.

Why don't you try not looking at him when he urinates. Unless he's urinating in front of you and you're within pissing distance, I wouldn't do anything.

Outside of ignoring him, I do not see much that can be done. You are not employed by him and none of the sexual harassment laws apply to subcontractors.
