wrongful death suit
a couple and their family live in one state, but are killed in a car accident in another state. a wrongful death suit is settled out of court. who is entitled to the settlement and what percentages are they normally devided.(example: parents, siblings etc...)

The laws of the domicile state will usually govern the distribution of a personal estate. You ask too general a question without supporting facts. Are they married? Who is the plaintiff? Do they have children and are they of age?
