Legal Question in Technology Law in Louisiana

I joined this website on February 27, 2011, and last week, I started incurring problems with the website administrator or whomever. They blocked my original account, and then banned my IP address. I created another name yesterday, and it has been blocked and deleted. At no point was I told of anything that I was doing wrong. I have e-mailed multiple times, and I have gotten no response. I am being ignored. How can I get in contact with someone who won't even respond to my e-mails? I decided to contact an attorney because I hate to say it, but I do believe it's because of my skin color. I've done nothing wrong. I have pretty much stuck to posting the "fashion blog" posts and responding to private messages. I haven't added anyone. They all requested me. At this point, it's frustrating to keep getting banned from a site and have no knowledge as to why. What are my rights? What can I do to handle this situation effectively? Have my rights been violated in anyway? I've retained all the e-mails that have been sent and received initially. They stopped responding after the ones last week.

Websites have agreements which spell out all the rules you must abide by. It is the terms and conditions we agree to when signing up. That agreement would have to be reviewed along with the activity on the site to determine why you have been barred.
