Legal Question in Consumer Law in Louisiana

I bought a new $40,000 car and found dealer or shipping damage on the front and back of the car the only way to fix it is to repaint it they took a bumper off of another car but paint has a darker shade I have had it for 3 weeks now they are going to repaint the front or do the same thing what are my rights my car is never going to match it is silver what are my rights When they put the bumper on the back the service manager said he was done with the back please help first brand new car i'm from sulphur Louisiana lakecharles Nissan is the dealership
