Someone is four months behind in payments she owes to my family. We have a written contract. I have contacted this person repeatedly by phone, but she will not respond. How can I make her pay?

Sue for specific performance of the contract. Once you get a judgment, you can seize assets, bank accounts, etc., to get your money.
