Returned Collection Payment

An attorney sends a demand for payment letter for the full amout. I can't pay the full amount so I sent what I could. The payment is returned to me. Does this void any contract of payment of loan in full with creditor who hired the attorney?

No. They do not have to take your payment due in installments.
