Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana

my 17 year old was arrested for sexual battery and aggravated sexual incest against his 3 year old sister. all he did was rub lotion on her vaginal area and the law officers told us not to take her to er to be checked out. The investigator cotacted me and told me it would be 11 days before a doctor can examine her.what is my 17 year olds rights to this. he can not afford a attorney and he is in jail under a hundred and fifty thousand dollar bond. i have took her to dr and she says that she was not penetrated but hymeb is red and irrated so what does that mean for him.

That means your 17 year old is a sexual predator. If you do not protect your 3year old from the 17 year old, you will lose them both. You admitted he rubbed her vagina.......he did not do it because she was sunburned or had dry skin......he wanted a reaction from her and he got his kicks from it. No one can tell if she was penetrated by something small like his little finger. What are you looking for, to have everyone say all is well? He is an adult for criminal purposes and could face heavy prison time.
