Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
conned by a friend
A friend of my sister conned my sister out of over $40,000. The friend convinced her to loan her and her husband money over and over promising to repay it. After some payments have been made to my sister the couple now says they cannot pay it. What can be done legally to these conartist?
