my son only 15yrs old how can they hold him without bond & no evidence i need help bad please

First, he is entitled to a lawyer. If you cannot afford one then one should be appointed for him.
Second, he should be brought before a judge within 72 hours of arrest. At that time a probable cause hearing (preliminary examination is the official term) can be conducted.
