Legal Question in Criminal Law in Louisiana
parole revocation
my fiancee is in jal for a parole violation and he was revoked but when he got his sentence they told him he was not eligible for parole how is that when he is in their for a parole violations he is a second offender and also i was trying to figure out is any one new anything about this early release because the jails are over crowded
