Vehicle Burglary
The other day my friend went to a
local store and when he left he
decided to enter an unlocked car and
remove a tomtom($150). Now police
called his phone asking him to come
answer some questions. Should he
go and what would the charges
would be

Your friend should not talk to the police at all. This is a very serious felony offense and he should ask for an attorney immediately.
