need to talk to someone tonight !!!!!!!!!

My nephew is currently in sulphur jail on several charges...has gone before the judge before, we thought was sentenced to rehab and upon completion to be released oro. He then receaved a letter of notice of arraingnment. We thought he had representation, but now know diff. Long and short, his att. from another matter has advised him to plead not guilty, is this advisable, if the judge already seems to be leaning towards leniancy? he has other charges in other states, app not come to light... not sure what the hell is going on , and neither does he. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The person he needs to talk with is his lawyer. Every case & situation is different. If this lawyer is not representing him he either needs to hire someone ASAP or ask the judge to appoint the Public Defender (if he cannot afford to hire someone).
