Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Louisiana

i would like to use images of different models o my sites. i will run links back to their sites and pages to help promote their products and services. what are the steps i need to take and/or forms i need to ask the models can i use the images? we will also buy some of their autograph photos, etc so we can give them a way to our user base. so we'd like to use the photos but we'd also like to help promote their careers. thanks.

You need their express permission beforehand and you need a release from them before you can use their likeness on your website. You will need a release from the models and the photographers who took the photos of them, as they also own copyrights on their work.
