Child custody issue

I have a foreign child custody judgment from Arizona and my attorney told me to have it domesticated when i moved to Louisiana and i was told by the clerk of courts where i live that i have everything i need filed except a motion and an order to get a hearing set in this matter and i have no attorney in LA so i need to know how to do that motion and that order to have this judgment domesticated here in LA!!!!

File to have the Judgment made executory in Louisiana. That is, recognized as a Judgment of this State. I assume you want to do it because the other person affected by the Judgment lives in Louisiana. Anyway, look at Code of Civil Procedure 2541 and also Louisiana Revised Statute Title 13 Section 4241 and the sections following that one. Or, hire an attorney to do it for you.
