Dissolve pre-nuptial

Is ther a form to dissolve a pre nup. I AM INTERESTED IN KNOWING IF MY HUSBAND DIES DOES EVERYTHING GO TO ME ARE HIS SON FROM PRIOR RELATIONSHIP. WE HAVE KNOW PLANS OF DIVORCEING BUT CAN NOT AFFORD A LAWYER. MY ONLY CONCERN IS KNOWING WHAT WE ARE BUILDING TOGETHER WILL BE LEFT TO ME. MY MOTHER IN LAW IS NOT A NICE PERSON, WE PRESENTLY DO NOT SPEAK TO HER. PLEASE HELP ME.SIGNED CONCERED

You can destroy the prenup if it is not filed. If it is filed, then you simply need to file a notarized document confirming that you both wish to amend or terminate the prenup. We can assist you with this if you don't find a form.
