Grandparents law

I have a very spiteful daughter-in-law that when she gets mad at any little thing she wont let me see my granddaughter.She is a very spiteful person and she keeps the chikd away from anyone that makes her mad whether it's me, my son , her other grandmother, or any family or friend that loves this child. I am at my witts end. Whaat can i do? Grandparents rights in Louisiana doesn't help.

Nothing. Your right to visit comes through your son and it is he who should make sure you get to see your granddaughter.

I am assuming that when you refer to your son you are referring to the child's father. If he is still married to, and living with, her; then he has the power to give this child access to her loved ones.

If he is divorced or divorcing her he should have or be litigating for custody/access.
