More income from cp

my x-wife lives in la and i live in va. i just recently found out that my ex makes about $12,000.00 more than i do. is there anyway for me to get my child support reduce. being that 3 yrs ago she stated that she was only making 967.00 a month and now she is living in a 4bdrm house and driving a 2002 suv she lives in lake charles. and she currently working for the doctor that she dating at this time so it's obvious that he is going to pay her what he wants to for now.at this time i am currently paying 622.00 plus 166.00 788.00 for csp and i am order to pay 622.00 the state has NOT given me credit for the insurance for the kids(3) going back to 97 to current please help me before going to court in Sept.

Contact a Louisiana lawyer.

You can have support reconsidered based upon her new income and you are entitled to a credit for health insurance premiums.

Incomes change all the time and the Louisiana courts would allow you the recalculation.

If your divorce decree with child support order are in a Virginia court, you should arrange to consult with a Virginia attorney about preparing

for the upcoming hearing and gathering the evidence you will need to seek modification of

your current child support order.
