Minor 17 years old
My daughter will be 17 in July. I bought her a car for graduation and her mother took it from her. Stating that she is a minor and was punished from it. The car is in my name but purchased days before our divorce papers were filed. Can I go and get the car and give it back to my daughter? Or is the car considered community property and off limits to me?

Go get your car. But I cannot advise on whether to give it to your daughter if she lives with her mother.
