You need to file a petition to establish paternity and name the guy who is supposed to be the father asking the court to make him submit to DNA testing. If you are a guy, you will want to file the same thing along with asking for visitation etc. Either way, the court will want some independent allegations that the guy, or you, are the father rather than just an allegation.
