reimbursement of house payments
In a situation where a spouse walked out, and the home was community property, and the remaining spouse paid the house note in full - is the spouse who walked out entitled to rental reimbursement? The children of the couple were living in the house as well.

Probably not, but would have some claim for the equity in the house.
