Suing spouse for lack of consortium
Separated from husband. Ostricized from his family, job, socially and sexually. Can I file divorce from him for lack of consortium as we are almost completely estranged?

La. Civil Code Article 103 allows a spouse to seek a divorce on the grounds of living separate and apart for 6 months. You don't need anything more.
