Wrong name on all divorce documents!!
I just noticed after eight years that my exhusband's name on our divorce papers is wrong. He is a junior, and that was left off, and his middle initial is wrong. He even signed the papers that way! Is our divorce legal? If I wanted to, could I contest the legality of the papers?
