I'm currently dealing with the title transfer with a commercial vehical. problem is , that when I purchased the truck it was just a written agreement which was not notorized but the previous owner and my signature is on the agreement. I'm trying to find out if the truck is in my possession what can I do if he doesn't want to sign the title over are if he's trying to delay me for some unusual reason.

You may have to file suit to have the title transferred.
