Legal Question in Insurance Law in Louisiana
Minor vacationing with friends
My 10 yr old son is going to vacation in Hawaii with family friends. What information do I need to send with them in case of a medical emergency. Do I need to give notorized permission for him to travel with them or for them to seek medical care?

You should give them that affidavit authorizing them to seek medical help etc. Probably not necessary but safe is better than sorry.
