Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Louisiana

child support

I'm looking for information on how to get child support. I have a 6th moth old son and his no good father bailed out on us when I was 3 1/2 months pregnant. Since then he has joined the millitary. When i was 4 months pregnant I met a guy and he has been here for us since. But I need some help I'm not working right now because I can't afford day care and I'm getting bbehind on my bills.

Notify his commanding officer or the JAG officer where he is stationed. The military is very good about getting child support and other benefits to the children of servicemen.
