will i go to juvie for missing school if its my second time and i only missed 9 days and ive got 2 docter excusies in louisiana?

Truancy Is a status offense. You will only be placed in states custody if you have been ordered by the court to attend and you have again received more than 5 unexcused absences. Your parent can also be charged and there is possible jail time for them also.
