Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Louisiana
Is $50 a day for late fees legal or is there something that can be done about landlord changing the late fee amounts as they feel? No contracts are being given just notes on your door.

Legal fees are set by the contract or lease. If there is no written lease or contract, you are on a month-to month lease and it can be changed each month.
