Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Louisiana
If I have a vehicle parked in my apartment complex in a visitor spot for a week or so and it's burglarized and sitting there waiting for repair(parked legally) can the apartment complex manager report the car abandoned and have it towed without notice?
