dentist misbehavior

Can I take legal action against the Louisiana Board of Dentistry if they refuse to take action against my dentist's ethical, moral, and professional misbehavior?

We would need to know more facts; you'd have to show that the agency is not performing its purpose, and they are going to deferred to by a judge.
