fasle records entered as evidence
in a civil case when a defendant enters driving and criminal records on the plaintiff that prove to be false how much needs to be proven false before it is proven inadmissible

Whatever is false, is false and vice versa. I would allow it to be introduced and then prove they are false. The the entire case for the defendant is shot.
