Legal Question in Personal Injury in Louisiana

my truck was involved in accident in Monroe and a car driven by woman hit me headon....she is from Ohio..she is in wrong and i want to sue her...looks like my truck is totaled and is worth $30000.00 where can i sue her as i do not want to hire a lawyer and i want to do this myself? help

My feelings are not hurt that you would use my legal advice in order to avoid paying me (or any other lawyer)......sue her in the district court where the accident happened.
