Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

I have a binding contract with a construction co. They built my home in 50 days.They put iitchiha cement siding but I paid for James Hardi siding all over my entire house and they installed it wrong (They caulked the house and now the moisture is locked in it can't breath. Soon it will cause medical problems. What should I do? They installed cracked granite in my home, My jucuzzi tub is not installed properly, I have a big bruise on my leg because its soo hard to get in my tub and I am having severe electrical problems I've been in my home 2 months.

Help me please...

You should have a new home warranty. You need to follow the procedures in that warranty and give them an opportunity to repair the home. If they cannot or do not make the repairs, speak to an attorney in your area. There may be attorney's fees available under the law (i.e., the defendants may have to pay attorney's fees to your lawyer), which would seriously lower your cost of filing suit.
