Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

I am in louisiana and my husband and i were married and we bought a house and the house was put in his name only what are my rights if he tries to sell without my knowledge.

I assume you and your husband were married in Louisiana and bought a house in Louisiana. If so, the house is community if purchased AFTER the marriage. Therefore, anyone who buys the house from him without your signature is really stupid since you own half of it. Just like half his income is yours no matter where that income comes from.
