Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

I have undivided interest in 160 acres, co owner leases his share to a hunter without our knowledge, the hunter owns surrounding property and cuts off right of way and says no room for me on the property. Do i have any legal recourse against co owner with leasing our property to a person that takes my rights away.

You are a co-owner so the lease agreement is not good without your signature. You have recourse against both coowner and lessee. Also you do not have to own the acreage jointly. You can sue to have it partitioned because you can't be forced to own property with another.
