Convicted felon serving probation

In Louisiana can a person convicted of felony fraud inherit property ? If they do, and do not abide (by choice) not compling with the will of sharing in all debts what can be done to get this person out of the property ? Urgent answer needed. Email answers please.

First question's answer is yes....the 2nd question is just as vague as the first time you asked it. If more than one person owns the same property...ie each owns a percentage, then anyone of them can file a petition to partition with the court to have the property sold or divided into parcels. However, all debts owed by each heir must be satisfied out of any proceeds of the sale. No one can be forced to own property in indivision with someone else.
