Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

How do we relinguish title to complete legal documentation and file in parishes to property the other wants. I want house (Jefferson), Sibling want land (St. Helena).

It sounds like you are saying you want to do a land swap. If so, it is not hard. You just need to have the proper paperwork drawn up by an attorney and filed in the appropriate parish records. Go talk to a real estate attorney. If you do not know of one, you can go to any title company that does home closings.
