Molestation of a minor from a minor
If a boy age 16 molest a 10 year old girl by touching her in places and nothing else but nothing comes out about it for 5 years when he is 21. What would then happen?

He could be charged since the girl is still a minor. However, he cannot be charged as an adult now.

Since juvenile matters are not public record he may have been prosecuted without your knowledge. If you are the victim's parent or guardian contact the juvenile authorities as you would be entitled to an answer.
