what is the general issue of an individual under the age of 18 eligiable for supplemental security income payment within the means of sections 1602 and 1614 (a) (3) (c) of the social security act.That will determine whether my child is disabled are not after 9yrs of recieving disability for him. also how come I could not find a attorney to take my case. The only answer I recieved is the majority only take the case if you are fighting to get disability not fighting to keep it.

It sounds like Social Security is alleging that your child's condition has inmproved to a point to where he/she is no longer disabled.

Have you had any hearings yet on stopping your child's SSI checks? If so, what are the results of that hearing?

While most attorneys do not handle cessation cases, some do, but will charge hourly or a flat fee.
