Legal Question in Traffic Law in Louisiana

Conflicting Speed Limits

Is it legal to have a different speed limit, depending on which direction you are traveling, for the same highway? Example: Lane traveling east-to-west has 30 mph. Same stretch of road going west-to-east has 50 mph.
