Legal Question in Traffic Law in Louisiana
Traffic Stop
During a traffic stop, can money be seized by the police? There wasn't an aresst made nor was a citation given. There was no illegal items fund in the vehicle either.

No, not unless the police can show the money was used in the commission of a crime.
