Affidavit of Death & Heriship
My grandfather had 2 brothers born in 1899 & 1901. There are baptism records but no death records. There are 2 graves but no additional info. There is no one living outside of family that can verify they died as infants . How do we handle this to prove they had no heirs?

The Affidavit Of Death & Heirship can be signed by oneone who has knowledge of the deaths, including family members.
