Grandparents died heir question!!
My grandfather died grandmother died years ago. He had two daughter, my mom and my aunt. My mom died leaving just my aunt and me. Do I recieve my mom's 1/2 or does my aunt recieve the whole estate?

A lot depends on whether either of them had a will. You would (along with your siblings) inherit your mother's share assuming she was not left out of a will.
