Legal Question in Workers Comp in Louisiana

workmans comp.not paying

I have been on comp. for 7 months now.i had to have a back fusion back in nov.every thing was going good until recently.ive been getting bills in the mail from radioligy stating they aren't getting payed and that i will be responsible for the bill.also my travel logs that i send in it takes them 2 to 3 months to cut me a check.i am currently waiting on a check from december.tried to contact my adjuster and all i get is a message saying her voice mail is full.what should i do?also i think my doctor is in with the insurance company.i was a carpenter before injury i had fusion in nov. went to the doctor last week and he said he would be through with me in a month and asked if i thought i could still do carpenter work and i told him no i didn't trust my back(i can't even bend over) and he lookedat me funny also at other visits ive complaind about not being able to sleep at night because of pain.he stated that it was old age im 34 also i told him that sometimes my back will just go out causing me to fall and he said he had never heard of that and said he would see me in amonth.

Sounds like the insurance company is having some financial troubles. If so, the company you work for has to foot the bill. Just because a doctor releases you does not mean you are fit to return to work. It only means he has done all he can and that you have reached maximum medical improvement. Look for an attorney who does worker's comp work and seek his opinion.
